Agent Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT, made this _____ day of__________, 20 ____, by and between
Northeast Sporthorses (First Party) and _____________________________________ (Second Party).
WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements to be kept and performed on the part of said parties hereto, respectively as herein stated, the said party of the first part does hereby covenant and agree that it shall:
I. Contract Northeast Sporthorses to be responsible for all negotiations, payments to seller, through buyer, and contracts where in a sales or offer of sales is to be made by the party of the second part and or their agent on any potential horse of which was found through the effort of Northeast Sporthorses.
II. And said party of the second part and or their agent covenants and agrees that it shall contact Northeast Sporthorses to make any and all offers and or communications regarding any potential horse of which was found for the party of the second part by the efforts of Northeast Sporthorses.
III. For this service provided by Northeastsporthorses, they will receive commission of 10 % of sales price of horse, or an agreed upon amount decided at time of sale.
IV. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. Time is of the essence on all undertakings. This agreement shall be enforced under the laws of the State of Massachusetts. This is the entire agreement.
